I apped for a business card and got a letter today in the mail asking for some verification documents. The letter was signed 'FRAUD OPERATIONS'. Does anyone know a overnight address or a fax number I can send these documents by ?

Call this number which is the number for the Ink+ and ask them for the fax#

I think the Chase phones are down. I've tried 6 different numbers, no ring and no pickup.

Hmmm, maybe they are closed for the day. I know they have cut back on some offices hours.
