One CU I havent seen folks mention on here is Hanscom Federal CU... If your eligible its not a bad CU to do buisness with...

Id consider them moderate vs conservative but not as generous as say, Navy Fed.....

Their top tier on their no frills Plat card is 8.49%....

I have their card *transparency disclosure*

One thing i will warn folks.. IT IS UGLY.. but 8.49.... Makes it glow... =)

Its another card run by Elan... but theres a lot of tasty features to it...

From what I gather... they tend to top out at 10K before jumping through hoops for more..

(wasnt told if it was a 4506-T.. just what the branch rep told me)
