US Bank Email Pre Selected Offer Update: Approved 1 month later

I've used the prequalify option on US Bank's website and had offers before that were denied so when I saw an email saying I was selected to apply for the Cash+ I wasnt too excited. This one even came with a confirmation code to use when I apply. Yet I applied anyway because that's what I do..... of course I got the 7 to 10 screen. US Bank tends to do that to most of their applications because they like to manually do their applications but I'm still not that confident on being approved. Anyone else get something similar and applied?

Just applied for the 365 a few days ago, and it was instant approval. Account showed online within two days.

*edit: yes, it was a mailed preapproval, and also showed online with a fixed APR.

Eh, they drag with the majority. I don't know why mine went zippity quick.

I think you have a good chance, US bank can be slow.

For a long time they wanted nothing to do with me. Then all the sudden they started approving me, my first 4 cards were instant approvals and the rest went pending and eventually showed up online.

They have given me smaller limits than other banks, but hey at least im in. I think you have a good shot still!

Wow you have many of them, thats awesome. The second CC I got when I first started rebuilding a few years back was a $300 secured US Bank card which eventually unsecured and I still have to this day.... its STILL $300 though and I've asked many times for a CLI and not even a nickel. I've also applied for the Flex perks twice and nothing. Last time I tried was over a year ago so I hope this one is approved! I would love to have this one and the Flex Perks. Interesting. I received a pre-approval offer through the mail for the US Bank cash 365 card (0% interest for 12 months on BT, $100 statement credit). I've never had a pre approval offer from US Bank and I've banked with them for years. It contained an exact interest rate so I guess it's legit. I'm thinking I'm going to just skip it.

I appd for US Bank Club Carlson Premier Visa on September 21st and went "7 - 10 day pending" message. I assumed a denial, but today, exactly ten days later, I got the "Welcome to Club Carlson Premier Visa" email, and I see the account added to my US Bank online accounts. No idea my CL, but hoping being a Signature Visa, it's at least 5K. It doesn't show online (CL) I guess as I haven't received the card or activated it yet.
My only other US Bank account is a 1K secured Visa I opened with them almost 2 years ago. I was hoping that would've graduated by now, but it hasn't. I was hesitant to even app for this Club Carlson but I stay at the Radisson several times a week and figured I could really get some benefits from having this card.

MILO, I originally started my credit rebound in Jan 2015 with a 2K secured Wells Fargo visa, 1K US Bank visa, and a 1K USAA secured Amex. I also took out a 3K secured Wells Fargo personal loan and opened a checking and savings account with them too. Wells Fargo automatically unsecured me about the one year mark. US Bank is still secured, but now approved me for this Club Carlson Premier Visa. USAA will never unsecure, you just need to apply for one of their products after some time. I've got plenty of cards now from Chase, Citi, Amex, Cap One, SDFCU, and other's and will get around to closing both the US Bank and USAA secured cards soon. I never use um anymore.
