Chase Slate denied most likely

Earlier Today I checked my Chase pre approval offers and the Freedom came up and I app'ed away and got an instant approval for 2000.00 and I just checked again (pre approval offers) and saw the Slate pre approval offer.... App'ed away and got the they'll "notify me in 30 days"......I was just trigger happy and assumed I'd get an instant approval as I did for Freedom. Oh well, I'm still riding high from my Chase Freedom approval. I just want to say thanks to every single person that has ever responded and helped me through this forum. The best advice I can give anyone is that, "achieving great credit is a journey and not a race." Thank You all

Even if I dont, I can honestly say I'm ok...... Now if I didn't get an approval for my Chase Freedom I'm not sure I'd be as zen. Thanks

Chase seems to some verifications these days more so when you apply more than one card. I would suggest calling them.

OP, same thing happened to me pretty much. I called the backdoor number and got approved for Slate with a 20k Limit! After a 2k instant approval for Freedom!

Freedom seems to have really wacky U/W standards.

OP, you need to call or online chat with Cap1 and get that QS1 PC'd to a QS. No need to pay the AF anymore. I had success Sunday night and Ive read a few others on here had success as well. Congrats on you Chase approval .
