Hey All,

Got a 30 day message. I've always had instant credit approvals in last yr or two. 30 day good or bad?

Most likely approved. Check the App phone number to see if message changes from 30 days to either 7-10 days (most likely no go) or 2 weeks (approved or sending you notice needing docs from you).

I apped on 01/17, both phone # and reps are still telling me 30 days.

I found the number. Says I'll be notified in writing in 30 days. I was just instantly approved for discover miles after that, so idk what is happening. I have 2 chase accts and I'm preapproved for the csp and slate with them in my offers. I thought miles would be tougher than prime. Oh well, see what happens.

I did speak with customer service just to see if they needed anything from me and he said they are getting tons of apps right now and it's probably just due to how busy they are with all the applications they've received. Idk if this is the case with mine, but maybe. I'll just try to be patient. Lol

I called the verification line and they need my dl and utility bill. I guess maybe cause I've moved since my last approvals maybe...? Idk. Will fax it in to them.

That might do the trick. I didn't move as of yet, and I was approved for the FU at my current address.

Then again, the two CSRs I spoke to stated they didn't need anything from me. I don't want to call when I don't need to you know.

I was told I didn't need to do anything by a csr, but the verification line said otherwise. I think I typed my address weird, like for the apt nbr. Idk. Trying to fax what they need now

I called the status line again and the message changed from 30 days to under review, 7-10 business days.

I thought that was 5-7, not 7-10? I let them know i faxed the info and they said 24-48 hrs for them to process it. I can wait for the mail or call to get more info. He talked to me like it was an approval, but dunno for sure yet.

If you have an existing Chase account, the new account will show up online first. Login to your Chase accounts and check there if you have one. I got the 30-Day message and the new Amazon Prime account showed up online, in my Chase accounts in less than an hour. Also my Amazon account showed a $70 gift card. You can check that account too.

Thanks, Joe! I'm hoping I just botched my address when I apped and my fax is good enough. But we'll see. I'd be a little surprised if a denial, Chase has been pretty good to me. At least I got that $6500 Discover miles approval today! That's something.
