Chase Amazon Visa

Curious, if you get a under review, 7-10 day message upon apping, im pretty sure its a denial. But if youve received no alert to a credit bureau report being pulled is it possible that one possible reason for this is they tried pulling a report that was frozen and not the one that you thought theyd pull( or was unfrozen). Just curious to everyones experience. I think i was trying to put my left foot in the door with Chase but somehow they only like right ones

Yes, I suppose that's possible.... you aren't blacklisted by them for any reason are you?

I think that can happen, and I would imagine they may contact you about unfreezing the account or look out for an alert one of the other CB's pulled. This has not happened to me, but I think I have read it on other posts about Chase pulling the other CB's and/or calling the applicant about unfreezing. Either way..good luck!!!!!

Fltireguy, that was my first instinct in that maybe since i apped this over a year ago i had the bk on my report and they rejected over that. Maybe with my income and that i had a bk, ive been put on a blacklist. As of now no bk reporting. To my knowledge i have never burned Chase, nor had any accounts related ir sold to Chase, that i know of. Closest ive ever been to Chase was watching Chevy and his zany acts with Wally World

Thanks Irun ! No phone calls or nothing so its almost as if i didnt apply which in the end will be ok i guess. Just weird, i prefer either a yes or no so i can go on merry little way. I dont know so far my experience with Chase cards hasnt been the best so this will probably be it for trying. Well see

No , actually dont think i ever heard of that til this forum. I did burn Amex, Citi, Pennies, Sears, Radioshack, Westernbank, and i think i local bank where i live. Only one i could think of maybe Westernbank but i think they were baught out locally but not 100% sure.

Nevermind, got letter today after work, apparently they tried pulling TU, not EX like i thought they would. Got 30 days from date of letter to unlock TU and give them access to my report if im still interested. Only thing is im trying for Navy right now so not sure if my inqs will be problem for either. Gonna be an interesting weekend.

(FWIW, unless something has changed recently I don't think NFCU is too concerned about inquiries.)
