Want a CU that pulls TU or EQ-
Anyone can join-even if I have to join another group or org...
Has a good Checking/Savings and loan options
Has a decent CC for cash rewards.
Has good customer service

Anyone recommend one?
I'm looking to add another bank/cu to go with my USB accounts. It would be something I would keep long term and am not just looking for a high limit Cc (tho that would be a bonus)

TIA

Navy Federal or PenFed; both would require membership with another group to join (could actually use the Navy League for both).
Look up info on both here to figure out which you might like best

When I was on my CU CC kick I was applying for the cards before membership since it didn't make sense to apply for membership and toss $5-$20 at a CU and not get results. I can't remember if they were sensitive or not but, probably had 5-10 inq's on reports at the time as I was pushing the limits to get some good CU cards with good rates. It was a time when I could get a 10-15K approval on CU side and denied on the big banks for just about everything. I still keep 4 CU accounts due to the aging at this point and they're all 17K for 3 of them and 29K for the JFCU one.

Do some more research on them if the checking APY is appealing enough to make the switch.

http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/Consumers-Credit-Union-IL-data-points/td-p/4827287

http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/9-75-Fixed-CC-my-consumers-CU/td-p/961340

(((FYI - if you want to use the same CR from TU you need to call or stop in a branch. The online verification is done through EQ and the phone apps are TU)))
