Dinners club baby

Alright... so I have already stated that I was approved for 20k for elite, and 30k for premeir (different ficos). However, yesterday, I received a letter saying that my name (yes it is complicated) has been corrected. Mind you, I was saying **bleep** as I only received the pin for my elite and not for my premeir. To make a long story short, I call the CSR, and she tells me that she cannot find my account, sounding very stubborn and since she acted like a complete idiot, I hung up and redialed as I already knew my accounts existed. Consequently, I speak with another agent, they locate my accounts, confirm everything with me, and said that they have ran out of plastic and the link for apps will be up in a few weeks via phone application and online. She goes on to tell me that they have been making character errors because their system sucks, and they have been mispelling numerous names, and that she is guilty of it herself as she apologises to me several times. I said no problem and thank you.

So this means.... CALL IN AND MAKE SURE, on the application your name is listed properly. She said 1 of 3 applications receive these character (keyboard) errors.

It seriously seems like they run a circus show there... Just seems like alot of incompetence with that company. Maybe it is their computer system, but it just seems like they were not fully set-up when they openned up the flood gate for there new credit products whether it was computers, processes in place, etc... Best of luck you getting your other cards

I read this earlier on the forums... I thought you guys were just making jokes, she assured me that their was insufficient credit cards being sent out. I have a feeling though, that this will be the premeir, and one of the best credit card cards to own once they sort out their system. They were not anticipating so many applicants

Ok i am old school with new accounts because i prefer to establish a GROUND MAIL CONNECTION first before turning over auto-pay and such so BEWARE if that happens to be your preferred payment method because i send my first payment in before any statement cut back on the 7th of November and had to burn up the phone line daily for many days before it finally DID post to my Diners account on (Get This) November 19. I mail plenty of payments to Carol Stream Illinois such as Capital One & Discover and it only takes a mere 3 to 4 days max before posting those accounts. I'm only 6 hours away from that location. I'm currently in the process of setting up electronic autopay early for this one since they are grossly failing in the paper mail payments end of matters.

Yeah and i even have an additional one floating about someplace. The way they also handle paper mail ins gives rise to suspicion for me that they are understaffed to even handle the load for mail payments in addition to the other instances everyone has already experienced with apps/status etc. Only time will tell when they might finally establish a better oiled machine for processing everything, including mail ins. Whew!

There is no problem with online pay. I made payment and it posted in less than 24 hours. No problem. However I font see my 95 AF yet. Not complaining. Maybe they forgot
