Got NFCU Everyday Checking!! LOC now??

So I got my Flagship card in April for $5K and CLI to $25K on Oct 15. I finally opened the Everyday checking this morning. Do I need to wait to app for the $15K LOC? Should I app for a 2nd card or wait a few months and ask for a CLI on my flagship again?

Creditaddict - will be waiting for the instructions You said the LOC was different then the Personal loan so I opened the checking .... do I need to use the checking a bit first or go for it? I have been a member since like 2005 I think - just stupidly wasn't taking advantage of the awesome credit!!

CA will be along soon I'd wager to instruct the same go for the NavCheck LOC (they also refer to it as overdraft protection LOC) for the full 15k. I just did mine right after checking was setup and it approved near instantly for the full 15k limit.

Sorry I am stupid ... on the site now - I don't see anything that says "Navcheck" .... Is it the checking line of credit? When I click that, it comes up "overdraft line of credit protection"? .... Is this correct?

yes

it use to be called NavCheck and I think we all got so use to calling it that we still call it that!

Does it usually generate an instant approval? .... It did not for me. It said most decisions are made on a request within an hour ...? Normal or is that a decline?

I hope so - still no email

When I asked for the CLI on the CC in October, I only asked for $15k and they came back with $25k so I would assume I'm good but I am a little spoiled with auto approvals I guess so now I'm nervous.... Time of day a factor?

Text message at 8:05 AM that said my loan is pending approval.

This is so stressful!

So about lunchtime got an email conditional approval for the full amount pending 2 recent paystubs .... sent them over just now. And back to waiting ....

Did you ever get an answer? I applied today (11/26) around lunchtime and haven't heard anything yet. Very nervous!

I did not hear anything back yet .... I did get an email at 12:30AM with a Fedex tracking number for my recent request?? .... I'm so turned around now, I can't remember if I asked them to overnight a checkcard for the new checking account to me .... that would be odd since I have really put any money in there just took half of what was in my savings and transferred it over so can't really imagine why I would have asked for overnight on a checkcard .... but I might have given the holiday week. OR is this my paperwork???? ..... NO email confirmation saying "approved" and it does not show up in my online banking yet

Anybody with insight on how long to review paystubs and move on to full approval and etc? What to expect next? .... especially given that its a holiday week?

I don't even see pending applications .... I know you must think I am a total computer idiot (surprisingly not .... work on the computer all day and run business from it and actually quite functional but seem to be a little slow on the uptake on the NFCU site

CORRECTION!! under loan and mortgage - found the app status. Still same as message I received yesterday. Conditionally approved as of 11/26/14.
