If you request a CLI from Amex do they pull a new SP at the time of the request or use a report they already have on file?

Yes its safe to assume that but there have been reports of them using old reports when they have newer ones available.

Also, in addition to the sp, they use their internal data, like a risk factor number. Most creditors do this and usually their internal data means more to them than the info on your report, unless there have been major changes to your report. This is one reason i believe they use old pulls sometimes.
