It's a Synchrony Bank card and I've read on here that except CareCredit they do SP. I just got a CLI yesterday on my Ashley card via the phone line with the rep. I did confirm with the rep that is it a SP and she replied Yes, although I wasn't satisfied with the response due to lack of confidence in her voice.

Now i'm just waiting to see if a HP reports to any of my reports.

Good idea I read some furniture stores were HPs also.

Well i just checked Credit Karma and it shows a new inquiry, however it doesn't say anything about a SP or HP; just says a new inquiry :

Business Loan - SYNCB

If this is a hard inquiry i am definitely disputing it as i didn't need it unless it was going to be a soft pull ...!!

Credit Karma doesn't show SPs the only one who sees them are you on annualcreditreport.com

If CK shows it, it's an HP. SPs are only visible if you get your own CR from the CRA or through the annual CR website. Also, it would be considered "permissable purpose," since you requested an extension of credit. It's usually quite difficult to dispute INQ. Your best bet to remove it would be a GW request. Sorry to hear you took an unwanted HP.

Yeah, 'cuz i really am determined to stay in the garden till the date in my sig. But this inq. will force me to go back to seeding . Oh well, at least now everyone elses knows at the expense of a hp for me.

Awww. Good luck with your GW efforts on this! I know unwanted HPs can be a frustration.
