For Synch CC....try this for a CLI!!

Ok, I'm gonna help out ALOOOT of people here, and tell you that if you want a CLI on any of your synch cards (SAMs, Wally, gap, old navy, banana, etccc....) USE THE CHAT FEATURE!!!! For the love of God, I'm getting tired of typing the same thing everytime I see a cli in the approvals! CHAT is the new thing now, lol!! Creditaddict said so!! Seriously, forget the luv button!! Here's what you do.........

Log into your acct, look for the green chat button towards the bottom. Initiate conversation like this....

ME:

"hi, I was trying to request a cli on my ----- card, and I keep getting an error messages with my browser. Can you please help me out and put a request in for me? I'd appreciate it thanks! I'm looking a couple big ticket items at SAMs, and want to take advantage of the special financing. I'm requesting $15,000, but I'm willing to accept a counter offer if available, my income is ------"

Agent:

"yes, pizza I will be happy to help you! May I please take a few minutes to process your request?"

at this point you will either get the $10-25k you requested, a come back with a counter off, or a 7-10 message letter. If denied, who cares! It's a SP!!( except for Care Credit)

ALWAYS ASK HIGH!!' THEY COUNTER!!! DON'T BE SHY I straight up asked on my JCP card for $10k, had less than 6 mo $500 limit, not a good credit profile due to BK, and was denied everytime i called into credit solutions, initiated CHAT and they countered back with $3500

WAC... I wish my 76 gas card had this !! I have to call into credit solutions that NEVER works for me, never has... But the chat feature worked just fine for nice cli!!

Here's my take on the whole chat thing..... If they didn't like you using chat, why the HELL is it there?? It's there to help you out when you have browser issues! Lol!!!

This does work, ask for the moon, they might get you halfway there. Went from $937.00 to 8K today on my Sam's Club card.

I went to go try and didn't see it either - their FAQs say the Chat button is only available during business hours!

The chat button and theyre hours are kinda funny that way. I had to check three different times before it was there. Now with Thanksgiving over, i believe itll be there normal business hours east coast (i think). I went from $400-900 today with having the card three months. Good luck!
