Any insight on why TU is dragging down relative to the other 2 CRAs?

I think Capital One looks at all 3 credit reports with particular attention to payment history, derogatories, AAoA and utilization. Income plays a part as well as existing history with Capital One.

I am so confused. I want to app next month for Amex and the Quicksilver for the higher limits. I know cap1 pulls all three. What I think I've learned is that cap1 uses the mortgage 5 scores for approvals. My Eq 5 is 764, Ex. 5 is 711 and TU 5 is 663. Do they use the mid score? Or do they make a final decision based upon the score of a particular bureau? Any feedback on that TU low score and it's impact on my app?
I seriously doubt they would choose to ignore what is causing your TU to be lower simply because it's not on the other bureaus, scores are important but not as important as what are in the reports.

TU and EX have the same things reporting, TU for me is always much lower. I do have an outstanding collection from PRA that will be 2 years in April. They report closed on EX and open on TU, on both reports the collection is coded as "other" and errouniously reports as "factoring" and failed to respond to mutual direct disputes. I've been disputing and fighting them almost a year now. Going into mediation through BBB. As for relationship I have QS1 and will be 8 mos next months. No late payments to any creditor by Dec 1st 41 months. BTW eq fico 8 is 774 which is extremely high for me as it has zero negative marks. I also have ma y new accounts, all over 6 months except for overstock and that will be 4 months on the 9th.
