So I read on another forum on a post from 2016 that some people saw totally different Chase "Offers for you" (green checkmark) based on if they logged it on their desktop, an iPhone app, an iPad app (different from their iPhone) and an Android app.

I only checked desktop and iPhone this morning (my iPad and Android devices are at my other home) and they were identical, but I am curious if there are ANY data points from members here who see something different.

If you use Chase for anything (banking, credit, terrible CD rates, etc) and have a desktop login and an app installed, can you see if there are ANY differences between the green checkmark offers shown?

I did find out the DH has 7,105 UR points. I've never noticed his points tally in the app. And looking at his limits and balances, he needs to move some credit lines around to maximize his utilization. I told him he could do this and got the deer in headlights look. I love ya boo, but we're going to get you set in 2018!

(He's got a freedom, slate & the Amazon card)

I am seeing the same offers from the app, mobile web and desktop page from my iPad.

It’s just interesting that offers popped up today all of a sudden. There is now a button/link within the app to check for prequalified offers (which isn’t simple to find navigating through the Chase page anymore). Apparently there are no offers for me, BUT when I now click my offers link, there is a Slate and CSP offer even though I just qualified for the FU in October that put me at 5/12... 🤔

I went into my local Chase branch to open my Business Checking Account. Once that was complete the banker told me I was pre-approved for both the Ink Preferred and Ink Cash. I told her I would come see her in a few months about one of those because I wanted to know about my CSP offer I saw online.

She didn’t specifically say she saw a pre-approved offer similar to what I saw in my online account / app, but she read me the terms and we submitted the app. Just like my FU a few months ago, they called a credit department and put me on the phone with someone that said they wanted to verify my identity or some details. They didn’t ask me any questions, I think they just wanted to look over the app and confirm that I did put in the application at the branch. I was on hold for no more than 2 minutes. The person came back and said I’ve been approved for a $5,000 SL and should receive my card in 7 - 10 business days.
