Good morning and Merry Christmas (eve)! I just had a quick question. I have a friend who was applying for the NRA Visa but could not get past the first page of the application because it kept wantining hin to add something in the "Balance Transfer" section. He does not want to BT anything. Is there a way around this error so he can complete the application? I know this is issued by First Bankcard (First Nation Bank of Omaha) is this just something they require on all of their credit cards? That you HAVE to BT something?

I know this sounds stupid but did he try entering "0"? If not I would call them and possibly app over the phone

Sounds strange as you shouldn't have to do a BT on this card of FNBO card in general. Last I heard the applicaiton online was working correctly. Sure there isn't just a complete button? Don't have the application up nor do I really want to put my info in to test it incase there is no way of getting back without submittal and a HP and a new account being added to my credit. This is not normal for FNBO cards and shouldnt be required have him try another way as BT's as stated aren't required.

Another suggestion is to try a different browser... if your friend is having the problem while using Firefox, try Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc. (or vice versa).

I have issues with some banks on Firefox, and rather than 'struggle through it' I just change over to Edge to save myself the hassle.
