I got a 7-10 day message and an e-mail to call customer care based overseas. The lady said I need to wait 60 days to be eligible for an increase. She gave me the date of when my account was opened which was the 7th. So I’ll try for the 3x CLI on March 8th. My SL is $1,000. I tried for $3,000.
