Capital One QuickSilver or Savor Approval Odds?

Update: Pulled the trigger and didn't get approved. Would appreciate some insight, please see my lost post.

I am looking for a no foreign transaction fee card with a 0% intro APR and these two cards fit the bill. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
 
As for my credit history no missed payments, AAoA is about a year old, and I have mid 700s across the board. For EQ and TU I have only 1 inquiry each but on my EX I have 4 inquiries. Utilization is under 20%.
 
I'm not getting any prequalified offers on their website because I'm under 21. So any and all advice very much appreciated.

Based on the scores, I'd say you have pretty good odds. If you eat out a lot, the Savor would be better, but is lower on regular stuff than the QS.

I eat out probably every other day. So I think I could benefit from the Savor more.

I've never heard of it but once I took a look it seems like a great card except one thing: it's missing 0% intro APR (unless I overlooked it.) That's a deal breaker for me, but do you think I have a solid shot at the Savor?

Pulled the trigger and get declined :/ what a bummer. I honestly thought I had a solid chance, any tips? Should I call for a recon? Maybe they can give me another card with the 3 hard pulls?

Capital One does not recon. And they will not consider giving you another card on the same credit pulls. You will have to apply and get three dings all over again.

If your bored, and have nothing else to do and want to kill time just to hear two NO's, go for it.

Before applying, I'd hit up the pre-approval page if the bank has one. If they don't have anything concrete to offer you but instead say something to the effect of "recommended", then I'd pump the brakes until you can find out why Capital One declined you.

I've tried a decent amount but some of them don't give me any offers for being under 21.

According to your sig, you already have one card that offers no Foriegn transaction fee. Although Discover is not as widely accepted as Visa & MC outide the U.S.

What do you plan on doing that you need that option on another card?

0% APR can be acheived via BT's, just charge whatever expense to one card then transfer to one offering the promo. <(Discover) offers me this all the time.

0% APR is only a sign up thing and limited to 12-18 months, so not sure why this is important factor when a BT can be used.

No Foriegn transaction fee cards often come with an AF, and are on more premier cards.

Since you already have the BCE, you might try with Amex for something.

However, something must be up with your CR if Cap1 wouldn't extend you credit, they seem to be quite generous to so many and fairly easy to get. Is it just a "Student" thing? If so you may have to wait a little bit.

I was honestly thinking about doing that as well. I have a trip to Canada, want to spend and takey time paying it off. Honestly I just wanted to see if I could get another addition to my collection at the same time. PNC runs a balance transfer frequently and that was my go to plan if I got denied.
