REI Mastercard approval

I applied for this card yesterday and got the “you’ll get an answer in 7-10 days” message... which makes me worried it’s a denial. Anyone have experience with them or US bank? I have a pretty good report... 720s across the board, only 1 inquiry last year... so not sure why a store card like this one would deny me. Thanks!!

US Bank will often manually review applications, so don't take this as a denial.

I applied for the card in 2014 and was not instantly approved either. In fact, I was waiting for my denial letter and was pleasantly surprised to receive a thick envelope with a new card a week later.
