Chase pre approval link changed or not working?

I have been trying since yesterday and it says:

We're sorry, but we're working through a technical issue right now. Please check back later.

I have found this link through a google search and wonder maybe I have the incorrect link?

I think it has been like that all year. Try this one: https://www.chase.com/prequalified

I got this message:

We are unable to locate any offers for you at this time.

This may be because you have opted out of "pre-screened" offers from Chase and other companies or you have recently responded to another offer from Chase.

I remember back in the day doing the opt out through some website (can't recall), but they would remove you from many vendors' list.

I wish there was a way to know if I am pre qualified with them instead of wasting a hard inquiry.

If I called them, would they be able to tell me if I am prequalified?

Unfortunately, the Chase representatives will not be able to tell you if you have any pre-approved offers via that link.

Optionally, you can visit a Chase branch to determine if they can display any offers for you before you decide to pull the trigger.

But, probably the first step, is to opt back in for the possibility of future pre-screened offers.

You are right!

I called them and they suggested I go to a branch to see about a prequal. They also suggested I wait and see if I get the pre approval works after optin in to their marketing materials.

I'm in the same boat, no offers in months...maybe because I'm 5/24?
