Amex fico score has not updated— Amex 3x cli

I’m waiting to go for 3x cli until Fico scores update on Amex site, since statement cuts on 18th it usually appears 3-5 days after. I’ve yet to see the updated score. Should I wait a few more days or go for 3x cli any way since statements cut. It should reflect a decrease in utilization from 13% to 8%. Please advise.

Id wait. Not only will you probably see a small score bump, but there is no requirement that you take your 61 day CLI on day 61. Unless there is some type of emergency where you need the extra credit immediately, Id wait

Wait.

Any time your profile is going to improve with an account SP and you're contemplating a CLI, wait for that update. Even if it's only a couple of points, it's a better look and can only help your CLI result. Can you be a bit more specific about crossing the 8.9% known utilization threshold here? Are you talking on your Amex card specifically, or are you talking about aggregate utilization. The answer to this question could mean a couple of points verses 10-15 points on your score.

Definitely wait. A better FICO report, with their internal scoring, will help your chances for 3x CLI.

Update: fico updated this morning and I hit the luv button for 3x and I was instantly approved. Thank you guys!
