Amazon prime rewards vis signature, not instant approval...where's the status?

I applied for the co branded Chase card and it wasn't instant approved something about under review. I forgot the time frame but I accidently closed the page since I had it on my phone. I also haven't received a email.
I bank with Chase, have the freedom, freedom unlimited and sapphire reserve with all total util at 6% with credit score ranging from 720 to 745 with all 3 bureaus. I expected to be approved and have something I wanted to buy while it's still on sale.

Does anyone know where I can get the status or am I gonna have to call?

imo, calling is your best bet. Direct dialog seems to be what most do. Calling M-F is best.

How old are your other Chase cards?

Having gone through this myself recently, I can tell you that chase automated lines give app status with your SSN. Transfer to a CSR and find out what's missing. In my case, they wanted to verify my address and identity since I had recently moved. Sending a fax of SSN and DL did the trick for me. Good luck!

Thanks. Just called and csr rep said that it is still under review and that a credit analyst still has to review it. Something something will get decision in writing or something. I'll prob call again in a few days.
