Wells Fargo Joint Credit Card Application - How to?

I understand Wells Fargo is listed online in many places as one of the few major credit card companys that have joint credit cards, but online I can not see how to apply for a joint card. Does anyone know how to do this?

Wells Fargo discontinued having joint owners about year and a half or two. I asked about it a couple of months ago and the banker called their back shop and they said they don’t have that any more. Unless they had it and lost their card it’ll be re ordered that way. I know US Bank does have the option for joint owner but I think it’s an off line application you submit once you have the card. I have their Visa cash back and online it shows me there to add a joint owner. Good luck!

Could I ask why you want to open a joint credit card account?

There are zero benefits to it, vs two individual accounts, or one account with an authorized user, and several downsides...
