My friend asked on is 3 months old discover card a cli and got this message

Decisions are typically made within 2 business days. There's nothing else you need to do at this time. We will reach out to you by phone or mail after we review your application

What does mean ?
For myself never got this message or approval or saying a message we can’t give u one now

The 2 day review. Its a better sign than insufficient experience. I only got it once and failed but many have gotten an increase.

Pretty much what it said is what will happen. Someone will actually take a look at the request...if a HP is needed I believe they'll reach out to your friend. If they can make a determination without such then they'll notice an increase or they'll get a denial letter.
