Has anyone gotten approved for "any" american express card with a paid charge off on report? I have 10% utilization and about 25,000 total credit.

Yes. Many have reported such.

I have an unpaid medical CO.

Yep. I have 6 paid charge-offs that are six years old and several Amex cards.

Yes,

At the time of my AMEX BCE application I had:

1 paid CO

Utilization = 15%

total CL was only $6k

Yeah. One unpaid charge-off at the time of approval (BCE, quickly changed to Cash Magnet).

When I was approved for BCE / Green, I had a $900 unpaid chargeoff

700ish score at the time

Not sure about charge-off but I've been approved several times over with a discharged BK13 alive and well on my report.

Yes I had 3 charge offs on my report when approved. All were paid to zero and the most recent was 2014.
