Synchrony double/triple dipping?

Hi,
I was looking at PayPal credit as well as PayPal 2% cash back credit card and Cathay Pacific Visa card. Since they are all issued by Sychrony bank, is it possible to double/ triple dipping, like, apply 2 or 3 (card)accounts in one day with a single HP?

Some creditors may distinguish a hp for a specific card with a unique name on a HP, like Citi. So if sychrony pulls in this way then the combination of HPs may not be possible. Is there any dp about Synchrony?

Each card has different underwriting standards and have unique names, so each one is a new HP.

I would also think that all 3 would be HP's with this Lender.

Sorry OP, no double or triple "dipping" with SYNCB.

As mentioned above, there will be a separate HP for each product.
