    <description>&lt;P&gt;1 year ago I applied for amazon prime card, they pulled all 3 credit reports and doubled one! I was in shock got a letter 10 days later to call th4m I did and got approved for $200 limit at least the pulls were not a solid waste. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey guys, new user here and I'm hoping you can help me out with a question I have. On 12.12.18 I applied for and was approved for the Cathay Pacific Sig Visa. When I pulled my&amp;nbsp;TransUnion report it's showing that&amp;nbsp;I have two inquiries:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;SYNCBCATHAY PACIFIC on 12.12.18 and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;SYNCHRONY 12.13.18.&amp;nbsp;Is it&amp;nbsp;normal for them to do two hp? Why would the second one show up the day after I was approved?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>From what I’ve experienced and read on here it seems to be a new thing with them. They did the same thing to me this week after I got an approval for the PP cash back Mastercard. But I had locked my TU report after the initial approval so it didn’t go through thankfully. But the card was still issued to me so not sure why the 2nd HP was necessary and customer service was of no help, I never got a straight answer after being transferred to 2 different departments.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi and welcome to the forums OP.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yes, as mentioned earlier, this has been a well-known reported issue with SYNCB.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You would need to reach out to them and escalate it so that it can be corrected since it appears to be some sort of system glitch.</description>

      <description>As everyone else has stated NO. I too had this happen to me about a month ago, this was my last card before going into the garden, the dreaded PayPal Extra Card that I kind of regret getting at the moment, but regardless it’s too late now and I have it. Nonetheless I’ve spent 1 month dealing with it. The first person disputed my whole account on my EX report when it’s an INQ on TU 🙄. I actually laughed reading this because I literally just got off the phone with them again and supposedly their going to get it taken care of this time. Good luck but be prepared for a run-around with different people/numbers, yada yada.</description>

      <description>Looks like Synchrony figured out their system was goofy.&lt;BR /&gt;I received an alert. The extra HP was removed from my TU report. I never did follow up with them about it or send anything in.</description>

      <description>Same with me. Looks like they removed it yesterday. Hopefully they’ll fix it so that people won’t get the double hp to start with. Either way though I’m glad it’s been removed.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This never happened to me but when I applied for CLI on the telerobot.. no mention of Hard pulls whatsoever so I said yes go ahead, received the CLI then they did a Hard pull for that CLI. I retaliated and wrote a letter stating you never asked for my consent and I was thought it's a soft pull. They wouldn't removed the inqury so I closed my account with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I applied for the Sams club CC and Paypal 2% MC, that should've been 2 inquiries but after the 2 posted on 12/2 an additional 2 posted that simply said Synchrony, unlike the other 2 which indicated Sams club or paypal. I came here and looked around and saw that it was an ongoing issue so I didnt stress about it. Figured I'd give it a few days to correct itself and I just checked CK and they've disappeared as if they were never there!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
