      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can't say for sure. It's run by sync right? Usually most sync cards SP for small amounts (like &amp;lt;1.5k) every 6 months or so&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;but...&lt;/EM&gt; I could be wrong, as I just received my first sync card a month ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the upcoming transition to Cap1, I'm not sure how that card will pan out around August.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
