Chase Freedom Unlimited Application

Hey guys, way back when about 3 weeks ago now I applied for the Chase unlimited freedom card. I had the application 1-800 that I check on periodically.

Well I checked at the beginning with the review status will take 30 business days, and than the 7-10 business days you will receive something via mail which turned out to be a request for verification. I faxed that in since they already pulled a hard hit on me. It’s been 4-5 days and I called again and it states approval. Is there a number where I can actually talk to someone? It did not give me an option and I’m not sure if I would just call chase card services since I do not have any information besides my name and dob.

If it's been approved and the automated system has confirmed it, it should provide you with some general information about the card, such as the available credit, APR and whatnot.

The automated system does provide the option to speak with an agent as well. So, by the sounds of it, the card will be arriving to you soon.

ETA - I would try this number 1-800-436-7927. Just follow the prompts under Application Status.
