Tried to join Logix

Failed security... I just don't get it.

1 question was for a mortgage in 2013... I HAVE NONE... they have all dropped off my credit.

2. was store cards and they were messed up names like Mortersrom and other messed up names that are NO STORES let alone cards I have currently.

the other 2 did apply to me but clearly they wanted me to answer the other 2 different than "does not apply to me"

No it's been referred which if it's anything like my previous experience with Logix I never should have applied!

Just trying to get these SP offers that everyone talks about!

How do you figure that? It's really common for those security checks to present you with completely bogus questions, and "does not apply to me" or "none of the above" is a perfectly valid answer. Why do you think they didn't want that answer from you?

A CSR told me once that they include so many questions of that type because a fraudster will try to guess at the "right" info when there is none, while a legit borrower might be puzzled but will take the "none" option. It's faulty logic, I know, because clearly a lot of legit customers are nervous about the whole process and freak out when they get one of those bogus questions. Still, if you get a question that makes no sense, why not just answer "does not apply"?

My credit history is so long and foggy to me, I have to have a credit report PDF available to refer to. And each time I get through the typically 4 verification questions, it's a significant relief. "I dodged that bullet"

I guess when you first are joining it's sp and they may offer credit card I think.

i am just as bad as you, i have joined 19 credit union to get their cards..all approved except dcu

Sounds familiar. 98% of the CU's I manage to get into will not give me a card though. I really wanted that LMCU card while I was there. So far I only got Penfed and Nasa as far as CU cards go. GTE finally let me in but I'm scared to apply for a card lol.

Just tried to join only savings app did not go through possibly website is screwed up? what I have been reading this banks even takes app's with people with BK's what gives here........

Not able to see if EX was pulled until tomorrow already pulled other reports today but was able to check MPM no pull on TU or EQ, but you know EX is frozen does not show up on MPM but I wonder if that has anything to do with app not going through I was not even to get to security questions....
