I would take a triple pull any day for a $30k card with a $500 sub.

See, if Cap would give you an idea of what limit you would be looking at before applying, nobody would throw a fit but they like to hit people with small SLs who would normally get much larger ones elsewhere.

The only real guarantee you wont get less than $5K is to go for Venture or Savor but then you’re giving up a 0% intro APR and getting yourself into a card with an AF that Capital One could decide not to let you PC out of later.

If you prequal for Venture or Savor, I am pretty sure you would get a $5k min SL on Savor One or QuickSilver.

My first two QuickSilver cards were $10k SL each and my Ficos were tad below 700.

People assume QS always has low limits and that is simply not accurate.

I certainly don’t have kids but I laughed quite a bit at this lol. OP, yeah, most of us are aware of the triple pull. If we want the card enough, we accept the consequences

I have read here Cap1 is also very forgiving after being burnt. A lot of peeople are willing to take the tripple pull for being able to get a card in the rebuild stage.

The dreaded triple pull from Cap is pretty well known around the forums. Maybe not in day to day life, but I digress. Like someone else said they tend to lend to people who have burned them before so that makes the triple pull worth it, and others just want the sweet SUB and consider a triple pull worth it.

So you guys are saying those who didn't know CapOne was a triple pull are the same people who don't know sex results in babies?

I like reading posts where people are asking questions before they make a decision more so than complaining about their situation afterwards.
