Capital one Platinum Credit Card Auto increase?

I received my platinum card in March and it said if I paid 5 payments on time that I’d get a CLI ... this month was my 5th payment and nothing no CLI

...I had no FICO in Jan ..from not using credit for almost 10 yrs
My fako was 560 TU 620eq and a 585 on Jan 16 2019
Now my FICO8 are TU 739 EQ 762 EX 756 as of today

I’ve got $1800 target redcard,
I was approved for 3500 in care credit
I was only approved for 500 NFCU cash rewards (was devastating)
old navy card $500
Discover it secured for $300
And I have my capital one Platinum Credit Card for $500 that I got in March

I have a truck Truck payment for 15k in Jan that started my credit rebuild .
.I also had my business partner put me on 2 of his older cards as a AU another cap 1 platinum for $500 from 2004 and an capital one Venture for $5k from 2014.

I was thinking with my scores when I paid my 5th payment on time that I’d possibly see a bump from $500 to maybe $750 or $1k I've read how they don't do big increases...but I got middle finger all together!?

.should I have placed a call? I definitely don't want a HP..but I do want what was promised to me

How long has it been since your 5th statement?

If you are in the credit steps for auto CLI it actually says so on the site and on the statement.

Look for a little graphic with stars. Cap1 fills in the stars after every statement. Once you qualify it says "congratulations you qualify for a credit increase". Then its says your credit limit will increase between X and X. Its like a 6 week window.

If you don't see any of this then you are not in the credit steps. This little "gamificaiton" of the credit steps was added last year.

Credit steps will promote you if your enrolled. Its not by the open date on the card. Its usually after 5 full statements. And Cap1 is known to not report for a couple months. The first statement is usually a short one too. GL!
