Military Star Credit Card Requirements

Does anyone know what bureau Military Star will pull from? and what score is needed?

Also anyone have any recent BK and apply/get approroved? I did not include in BK and would like the card.

The most recent person with a BK was not that recent... from 2017 it seems... anyone else chime in?

Well, then I guess you're going to have to be the GP for this one and help everyone else out down the road by reporting your DP's on the process. Take some notes from your conversations with them during the process and post them here for the next person that comea looking for info on the card. It's a pretty specific card to get and is probably why there aren't many DP's about it around here. Looks more like a store card but specific to military use only.

It's only a HP after all and it won't hurt that mcuh. Maybe your experience and results will get some others to apply for it and add to the knowledge base of info on it?

I got mine with somewhere in the 660's. No bk. They pulled Ex for me. My sl was generous with 5600. I can't remember any other data points, hope this helps.

I was approved yesterday (a welcome email was sent), but not sure what my credit limit is. My Experian credit score is currently 603, but my Experian CC FICO score is 576. I don't have a recent bankruptcy.

I would stay away from it. Very aggressive if you get behind with some serious penalty fees. They have screwed others over and held to it even when it was their fault and none of the cardholders.

Just applied for the Military Star card online. They pull from Experian. My current score is 620 for Experian.... No BK. Recieved instant approval with a CL of 3600.

Another interesting fact about this card is that if you are a veteran, you can apply for it as well.... Can be used at the Commissary and shopettes on post and you get a 10 cent discount on fuel.
