Can’t find the application online to apply for CSR card ?
The AF changed today ?

Click on the green "Apply Now" button on this link. The app form popped up with no issues for me just now.

And as of right now, the T&C's still stated a $450 AF, so you may be able to squeak in. If you apply and the 450 AF is still listed, I'd take a screenshot just in case. May help you later if you're charged the 550.

Link shows $450 as you stated for new applications.

I just spoke on phone to consider upgrade.

CSR said PC to CSR would $550.

Too rich for my blood.

Yup, it seems like it. I guess it's anyone's guess as to when/if they raise it (even though I'd really be <pleasently> surprised if they didn't; they will, eventually).

I tried to PC yesterday and they said I would be charged new rate of $550 if I did.
