I personally know Discover you can call and they will do a mid cycle update. Not sure about penfed and capital one. You should be able to use creditchecktotal and pay $1 and see everything real time. Just make sure to cancel before 7 days is up or you will be charged. You want the best possible chances. You scores are not bad but I am pretty sure you would want a good SL.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Because there is a scoring penalty for that, so make sure when your cards report, one of them has a small balance. This should give you a small score boost. THEN I would apply. The Citi Costco VISA is a great all-in-one card, and I believe it's one of Citi's easier cards to get. Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
