Citi Retail/Exxon CLI?

Does anybody who has the Exxon card who has had had good are thry with cli? Are they hard pull or soft pull? I havr had the card for about a year and have been stuck at $500 and would love to get an increase. I did on my other Citi Retail card Bloomingdales to $1000 so I think they will give it to me I am just wondering.

Not sure if whether or not Exxon is a HP or SP. Hopefully someone here has a definitive answer. But as I always say, expect a HP and if it's not one than great! Good luck! 👍

They're typically a HP. Very rare instances do they SP for customer-initiated requests (online or phone), unless the account receives an auto-CLI.

Most Citi retail cards are HP from my experience ..YMMV

I will say that your best bet is to call in and ask if you're qualified for a sp cli? I was told that sometimes they can grant you a minimal cli ($500) request via sp if you've had your acct. open long enough and meet their criteria. If so great; if not, so be it....but it doesn't hurt to ask.
