PENFED Conditionally Approved

I applied to PENFED and was "Conditionally Approved" for the Visa - Power Cash Rewards cards, they wanted the last two IRS returns. I called and told them I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and most of my income is non-taxable and that it would not reflect on my returns. I was told to just send in my award letters.

How long does this process take? I am hoping to do balance transfers before the end of this month.

Second, the process can take about a week or so for processing. Did you email or fax them the information?

I uploaded using the link from the email I received. I included a letter stating the conversation and details from their representative.

Awesome. Give it until Monday and then reach out to them to confirm receipt of your documents. The agent can check with the appropriate department so they can continue with the processing of the application.

Update: Finally got an approval! $3500 limit but atleast I'm in. Now anyone have info on CLIs?

Thanks for the update and congrats on the approval @Czyln. Glad to hear it worked out for you!

Most customer-initated requests are HP, unless you receive a pre-approved offer online or via email notifications with the option to increase your CL via SP. Just keep an eye for the offers.
