I got Propel as my 2nd card. First card was just over 1yr old. EX8: 764. They gave me the minimum SL matching my current card limit.

They can be very sensitive to recent inquiries, and conservative in general. I'd wait until all of your cards hit the 1yr mark just to be safe, but you might be able to sneak in as long as they are all at least 6mo+.

It's my favorite card, it looks cool and it's metal

I've been eyeing the Propel for a couple weeks now. I have been doing research on these boards and have learned WF is not keen on thin profiles, so I was wanting to post to get an opinion on my next steps going foward regarding that card.

Some deatils about my profile:

Discover It: 4/18 CL: $3900

Chase Freedom: 6/19 CL: $2100

CFU: 9/19 CL: $2100

I am a student working part-time only, so my income is only about $13k. My Discover started out with $300 secured, so I'm happy with how that has grown. The Chase cards I was surprised with the nice SL's, and they fit nicely with cashback spend. I would like to start filling in some cashback cards to compliment the 5% categories. However, I'd prefer to get the Propel. Should I try for the Propel now, or is it worth not getting anything until the CFU is 1yr old?

I would probably hold off for awhile as well. WF can be a tough one sometimes. Right now it looks like you have three really good cards to keep growing anyway.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do!
