BBT Pre-Approval - Pending - HP

Just my luck, I literally have not seen this happen to anyone.

I had posted last month having issues with the security questions and maybe that did something but I waited I think about a month like someone said and one night did the pre-qual on my phone and this time the security questions made sense and it went through but then instead of the instant approval I'm used to seeing and hearing about it, it went pending review.

The next day received an email that it was being reviewed and allow 24-48 hours.

Next day received an email "Sorry after we review, we are declining the application"

Later that day received an alert for a HP on EQ and sure enough BBT!

Now that I took the hp, I will try to give a call this week and see if I can find out more or what got me declined after being pre-approved.

That's unfortunate. Hope you'll be successful in reconsideration.

Good luck on recon! Sucks about HP, but don't think they will last under Truist much longer.
