Citi Simplicity Application

Hi MyFico Fam,

DH applied for the Citi Simplicity card on a prequalified offer and received the 7-10 day message. However, about 20 mins later he missed a call from Citi who left a voicemail stating to call them back with a pin code they gave him. He has yet to call. Could this be a good thing since they called right away? Perhaps verify some info?

I cant speak specifically on city, however, when I have had that issue before with other lenders, its because of a verification issue in my instance. Good luck!

They aren't going to waste a call, just to tell him he's denied
