I applied like a week after joining and was an instant approval

thanks....well I pulled the trigger on the visa app....called in to check status was told i needed to sign docs online......tried logging in and got locked out ugh.......called back and was told i need to send in POI....id, ssn, bill....hoping CL is worth me sending in my LIFE...lol...wish me luck

I got both but I had to send in all the verification stuff up front when I applied for membership. Once you are able to login you can see the loan status. Both of mine were instant approvals. Good luck!

Juat wanted to share a quick update regarding my application.!!!.I'm bored in the house..lol....I tried faxing my POI several times to a fax number I was given....Well it neverl went thru kept getting BUSY....So I called back and nice young lady gave me a different fax number.....Well that number was BUSY...ugh..So I tried the second fax number on Saturday fax went thru....I also mailed the docs Friday just to make sure they received them....lol....So I call today and check for any updates....The CSR calls verification dept and guy tells her their behind....ugh.....3 hours later received an email from lending dept asking me to sign docs for my visa app....I try logging in and same message I'm locked out....I call once more the young tried helping me until she realized their still reviewing my POI....UGH....I was so excited and she said that...lol....How long is this going to take....????

Update....So I couldn't help but call and check the status....I was told they couldn't read the fax, they want a color copy of everything I faxed....uuuugggghhhhh.....The bright side is I mailed color copies of everything Friday and tracking shows delivered Monday 4/20......More waiting....

What a joke these people are. If they constantly have problems with faxes they should just let everyone take pictures with their smartphones and provide a link to upload them.

I hope that the hassle ends up being worth it for you in the end.

They obviously don't know that color faxes only work between the same brand of machine and are largely unused for that reason.

At least they didn't tell you to go into the branch. They have told a few people that the only way they'll take their documents is if they can examine them in person in WA.
