Alliant CU will not refresh CR under 45 days

So, I applied for Alliant VS Cash Back on 05/24/20 and was declined due to DTI. Both of my UTIL and DTI ratios have improved a lot. UTIL is now low 5%, and DTI less than 10%. And I tried to reapply and went to pending and to declined. I looked at the adverse report, and i saw that they were still using the old CR dated 05/24. I asked why they didn't pull a new CR. They said that they could not pull a new HP until after 45 days. I didn't know that there was such restriction for these CUs for pulling CRs. I even asked them to pull a fresh new CR, they said they could not do it. Anyway, good to know about this.

Sorry for your denial. Yes many Credit Union's do this . 30-90 days is what I have seen.

My suggestion is to call in and retract/cancel your application altogether.

Then do a fresh application down the road.
