Hubby did his app for Sav/Plus checking/Visa Sig this morning in hopes of getting in front of someone on Monday.

Update: Not a peep from anyone

My husband called on Friday and was told someone would call him back by EOBD, nada. He called on Monday, was told the same thing and nada and today after being on hold for 8 minutes was hung-up on....needless to say, the experience for membership and products has been awful in as far as communication from anyone.
Have sent 2 secured messages and no response there as well.
The lack of CS though is hard to ignore.

Wow, sorry to hear it's taking so long. Maybe they're overwhelmed with applicants. Hope you get the news you want ASAP!

I waited about 2 days to get a membership setup. The CC denial came in pretty quick though, so it seems like underwriting was fast over there.

I do get the impression they are tightening the belt. Maybe they overlent, maybe felt the MF rush.

Are you an out-of-state applicant?

When I applied, I waited about 3 days before someone emailed me a message from AOD. It best to wait in a CU. They aren't a bank where there A TON of people on the phone several times a day that can assist. CUs do have a limited number of people; so it's best to wait to hear a response from them first.

I know that what I did for my AOD membership and the same thing for applying MSGCU's card & CLI. Once you made the attempt, someone will contact you as soon as possible.
