Hello guys

I applied for new card via phone. It was rejected cuz I had TU frozen. (I was expecting them to hit EQ).

I unfroze and reapplied. It asked me to fill in full ssn number. After that it asked for my ID to be uploaded.

here's the issue. I just moved so I applied w new address. My new address would already be on all my old cards so credit bureaus would have it.

My ID shows old address. My state let me update online but they're not requiring me to go into DMV and I have a paper receipt that I just carry w my license (covid exception, basically).

Any place I can call about this ?

I did open one personal card and two biz cards in last 6months. Biz cards would show hp on TU but not the accounts . Score low 800s. At 5/24.

I am not aware of any phone number that you can call. However they primarily communicate with you via iMessage directly to GS/Apple. Without an approved card, I'm not sure that you have that button available to you, but that is likely your best bet if you do. Look for "message" in your wallet under the card application....if it exists. Not sure whether it does before an approval.
