When you have applied for and received your initial CLI with Navy (91/3) when can one apply for a second CLI?

I now have an excel speadsheet to track CLI and approval dates. It is an excellent tool. Any spreadsheet software will work.

I just add any successful or not so successful date depending on issuers internal rules and subtract XX numebr of days from that date in the next column. Wallethub and their credit timeline is an excellent tool to use to go back and find CLI dates if you don't have a record. So far, this has worked like a charm for NFCU and SyncB.

181 days. But you can apply for a 2nd card @ 91/3,

after your original approval date of your 1st card.
