Care Credit Vantage update?!

Hi community

Does anyone know how I can get my Care Credit Vantage score updated. i would like to request a CLI however I am after d i'll be denied due to the fact my old Score of 710 is still being displayed via there site. This was my score in July. My current vantage score is a 769 as of 10/4/2020. I have reached out to there outsourced customer service and i can't get anywhere with them .. Is there a back door way to speak to a US based customer service rep or does anyone know when my score will update on there side

It's a known problem for some us of members here. Latest updates we have is in August. Supposedly Synchrony is working on the issue. When it will be fixed nobody knows.

My SO's VS 4.0 via CareCredit has also not updated since 8.5.20, so I think there are a few of us in this predicament. Fingers crossed they update it soon!

@Anonymous Did you try un enrolling and re enrolling to see if it will refresh?

I just unenrolled and re-enrolled my SO and the score updated, but lost the history. Not too worried about that, but are we going to need to keep doing that?

Every time I enroll I get a new score dated with the current date. I've done this just days apart. Last updated score was about a week ago. This is from my Lowe's account, BTW:

Is there any way to share this information with the community. That 100% works my 710 from July updated to a 776.0

There have been quite a few threads on this recently, so I think the majority at this point knows to enroll again.
