Saks Store Card to Saks MasterCard...How?

I have a saks store card for over 10 years and was condidering trying to upgrade it to a Mastercard.

Has anyone done this?

Is there a credit pull invoved ?

How would I go about it?

Any info would be much appriacted.

My suggestion would be to contact their credit support c/s to see what options are available for your store account. In the past the option to upgrade used to be done via store and a HP was expected. But, I believe things may have changed since they integrated the store and MC versions for those who had both accounts.

The Saks website still points individuals to apply in store (vs online) for the MC version.

Just called and seems to be a whole new credit app with hard pull just to upgrade the card. Not worth taking a hard pull

I am in your situation with a srore cc with a limit of 20k. I was told over the phone by a rep that at this time they do not have any way to pc from strore to MC with or without hp. Only way to get a MC is to apply in store for a new card MC.
