HELP Please. ... I been with penfed 4 months have PCR card 3 months 3 statements.. Can i apply for CLI and new card now? maybe even the personal loan... i received no offers yet but the dreaded turbo tax. equifax 790 4 inquiries..

Unfortunately, PenFed doesn't work like NFCU. Even at 3 statements generated, it's a fairly long shot for a CLI, profile-dependent of course. Wait until your card is at least ~6 months (or longer) in age. Customer-initiated requests will be HP, so make sure CRs are unfrozen. As far as a new PenFed card, that's up to you to decide on whether to pull the trigger. Personally, I'd wait until an offer comes up for best results.

Otherwise, if you prefer to avoid the HP for a CLI, the alternative is waiting for quarterly offers which usually yield SP results. Bear in mind there's no rhyme or reason on who gets them or their frequency -- some have not seen them despite being PenFed members for a while.

Thanks a lot for the reply..
I decided to go pull the trigger and just deal with the HP.. i'm to anxious i can't take it no more so today i requesting CLI and pathfinder card i'm so tired of worrying about it.

Update PCR 4 months later cannot even apply for CLI i'm not eligible til 6 months later that explains why the CLI button is not on my account..

So i applied for pathfinder & personal loan..

Usually the SSL Personal Loan is a SP because you're borrowing against your own deposit. Double check, phone and ask. That's if the SSL is the Personal Loan type to which you refer. Otherwise, please be more specific about what kind of personal loan you seek, please, so others can chime in more fully. 🙏🏻🪴🪴🪴
