BoA recon number

Hi guys, my wife just got denied for the BOA BBR card, and i tried all the number on the sticky, its either not working or wait for the letter. Can anyone pm me the recon number?her uti only 20% and only 6 inq within a year, 2 within 6 months, so i think the computer wrongly denied her. Thanks

Make sure it's not another hp. BoA will sometimes do another hp for a recon.

They'll probably do another HP for an approval. Having gone thru the same paces, i called in and with the extra HP they approved it.

None of those number get me to a credit analyst, the check status number told me to wait for the letter, and other not working

Which number you used creditmagic? My wife is fine with another HP cause as long as they approved, she can transfer 10k from her cash reward to the new card.

Good luck with the recon! BoA I have found very easy and flexible to work with and they are well worth your wife's business IMO.

So,my wife called the 4108 number to day and the analyst was completely unhelpful. She didnt even bother to ask any question,she said after looking at the app,she was unable to approve because my wife hasnt established history with BoA. That is just *** since my wife have had the Cash reward card since 2010. Then,my wife ask if she could move over the credit line from the cash reward card to open the new card. Again,she repeated her statement not establish.... What do you guys think she should do,try call again or call another number, the one for sr credit analyst perhaps?

Definitely call again. Can't hurt to try the Sr. Analyst number
