Chase IHG Premier Pre Approval

I applied for this today. Under my IHG account it said I had a pre-approval for it. Did the application and the app status line is saying 2 weeks. I have moved within the last 3 months. Any thoughts if I will be approved?

You may want to call Chase and verify identity & address since you recently moved.

As a side note, I have 2 free IHG anniversary nights but could not use them in Hawaii when I vacationed there last week.

Do not like their restrictions in certain areas that are heavy with tourists/visitors....

Ended up using my Wyndham nights for the vacation stay.

Their pre-approvals are pretty dang solid although nothing I supposed is 100%. I was preapproved while being over their 5/24 limit and was still approved.

I would obviously give them a call as it is most likely verification related.

Has anyone else called into verify ID recently with Chase? I have been on hold for 2 hours now, still no rep. Calling the number in the backdoor section as well.

Very weird. I also had the same red "pre approved banner" and a set apr of 15.99.

went back a couple hours later just to see and "poof" the offer was gone.

I finally got in touch with someone. Its still sitting in pending status. Up to 10 days the lady told me. As for the pre-approval being there and then gone, I noticed that as well. Log back in and out, usually pops back up.

You were approved for the IHG card above 5/24 from the pre-approved offer that showed up on the site? Or something in the past?

Called today and they say it is still pending. That a department is working on it and they cannot transfer me there. I also was talking to someone from the backdoor numbers. App status still states 2 weeks.

I was approved for this card. CL $16,000. I just let it sit and it auto approved.
