680+ on EX should be good to go, but I would let that charge-off age a couple more years or PFD it. Try to goodwill the missing payment, too.

What do your FICO's look like now?

I'd advise you to get a Fidelity Amex card. In my opinion, the Amex Costco card is not worth it. You'll get a better return for your money with a Fidelity Amex card, which you can then use to cover the expense of your Costco membership card and more.

Do you already have a Bank of America checking or savings account? Do you have any prior products with BOA?
